				<title>Red Alert 3 Patch 1.11 is Live</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Patch 1.11 is live via our auto-patcher for all versions including STEAM and MAC.  We strongly encourage you to use the auto-patcher for the fastest update, especially if you are already patched up to 1.10. You should not have any issues auto-patching, but if you do, the direct download versions will be up on our site later this afternoon.<br /> <br /> We really appreciate your patience in giving us the time needed to complete this patch. The Red Alert 3 Dev Team put forth an amazing effort especially on the technical fixes. We're hopeful the map transfer issue should be significantly improved, the (2) new Uprising maps are well enjoyed (and will be considered for rank play), and the multitude of balance and exploit fixes go over well.<br /> <br /> We realize since we locked our 1.11 changes a few weeks ago, more issues have arisen that may be deemed critical to you. Keep your distance. <br /> <br /> • Observation Post health increased to 10000 from 3000. <br /> <br /> • Due to the recent downturn in the global economy, all Super Weapons are now half price. <br /> <br /> • Anti-Infantry vehicles (Riptide, Jet Tengu) vulnerability to GUN damage (PeaceKeeper, Conscript, Imperial Warrior) now reduced to 25% from 50%.<br /> <br /> • The Top Secret Protocols have been reordered for all three factions.<br /> <br /> [size=big]Balance Changes: By Faction[/size]<br /> <br /> • Allied Javelin Soldier cost reduced to 300 from 400. <br /> <br /> • Allied Aircraft Carrier drone speed increased to 225 from 150.<br /> <br /> • Allied Aircraft Carrier drones no longer give large amounts of XP when killed. <br /> <br /> • Allied Aircraft Carrier reload time reduced to 10s from 15s. <br /> <br /> • Allied Assault Destroyer Black Hole Armor bonus increased to 35% from 25%.<br /> <br /> • Allied Outpost now gains additional health when upgraded (25% per level). <br /> <br /> • Allied Athena Cannon no longer requires line of sight to attack. It can fire over walls now!<br /> <br /> • Allied Cryocopter health reduced to 650 from 750. <br /> <br /> • Allied Chronorift cast delay reduced to 1s. Rift time changed to 5s , 10s, and 15s, depending. <br /> <br /> • Allied Defense Bureau build time increased to 30s from 10s.  <br /> <br /> • Special Agent Tanya Adams now requires the Defense Bureau to be built. <br /> <br /> • Allied Apollo Fighter heath increased to 300 from 250. <br /> <br /> • Allied Chronosphere now requires the Defense Bureau to be built. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Hammer Tanks can no longer leech while moving. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Apocalypse Tank grinder damage halved. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Flak Trooper Cost increased to 400 from 300. <br /> <br /> • Soviet structures will no longer refund 100% of their cost if canceled after taking damage. Refund value reduction is equivalent to the damage taken by the building. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Super Power Plant energy production reduced to 350 from 500.<br /> <br /> • Soviet Super Power Plant will no longer explode if it is destroyed before it has completed building.<br /> <br /> • Soviet Stingray health increased to 450 from 360. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Dreadnaught Missiles now scatter against units. <br /> <br /> • Soviet MiG Fighter health increased to 240 from 200. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Iron Curtain now requires the Battle Lab to be built. <br /> <br /> • Japan MCV build radius increased to facilitate wall building.<br /> <br /> • Japan Jet Tengu now much less deadly against each other in air form. <br /> <br /> • Japan Tsunami Tank now auto-heals while it’s secondary ability is active. <br /> <br /> • Japan Honorable Discharge power no longer deals any friendly fire. <br /> <br /> • Japan King Oni health increased to 3000 from 2250. <br /> <br /> • Japan Emperor’s Rage powers now limit the speed debuff to 75% for all levels. <br /> <br /> • Japan Wave Force Artillery no longer requires line of sight for attacking.  It can shoot through walls, buildings, and anything else dumb enough to get in front of it. <br /> <br /> • Japan Naginata Cruiser Spread-Torpedo damage halved. <br /> <br /> • Japan Naginata Cruiser health reduced to 1200 from 1400. <br /> <br /> • Japan Shogun Battleship speed reduced to 50 from 75.<br /> <br /> • Japan Shogun Battleship cannons now properly scatter against other units. <br /> <br /> • Japan Shogun Battleship rate of fire now reduced by 40%. <br /> <br /> • Japan Point Defense Drones now have an expiration time of 2 minutes. <br /> <br /> • Japan Final Squadron Power damage reduced in accordance with the new power tree design. <br /> <br /> [size=big]Balance Changes: Vision[/size]<br /> <br /> • Vision changes were incorporated from Red Alert 3: Uprising in order to improve unit behavior. <br /> <br /> • Allied Multigunner Turret Vision Range increased to 310 from 300.<br /> <br /> • Allied Prism Tower Vision Range increased to 360 from 350. <br /> <br /> • Allied Hydrofoil vision range increased to 325 from 300.<br /> <br /> • Allied Javelin Soldier vision range increased to 200 from 175. <br /> <br /> • Allied Guardian Tank vision range in Target Painter mode increased. <br /> <br /> • Special Agent Tanya Adams’ shroud clear range increased to 500 from 400. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Apocalypse Tank vision range in Harpoon mode increased. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Hammer Tank vision range in Leech mode increased. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Terror Drone vision range in Stasis Ray mode increased.<br /> <br /> • Soviet Base Defenses vision ranges increased slightly. <br /> <br /> • Soviet Bullfrog vision range increased to 325 from 300. <br /> <br /> • Soviet commando vision range increased to 175 from 150.<br /> <br /> • Japan Seawing vision range increased to 225 from 200. <br /> <br /> • Japan Tengu vision range increased to 225 from 200. <br /> <br /> • Japan Commando vision range increased to 175 from 150.<br /> <br /> • Japan Commando shroud clear range increased to 500 from 400.<br /> <br /> [size=big]User Interface Enhancements[/size]<br /> <br /> • Players who choose random in online play will now have their faction hidden on the “escape” screen during the match.<br /> <br /> • The wait time to kick an online player with a bad connection has been reduced to 30 seconds (from 60).<br /> <br /> • Players who are not on your friends list can no longer whisper you while you’re in a match. <br /> <br /> • Rally points can be reset on airfields by right clicking on theairfield while it is selected.<br /> <br /> • PC Users can now customize right click scroll speed by adding the following command line argument:  -dragTolerance # [where # = distance in pixels, typically a number from 1 – 50].<br /> <br /> • Interface lag (irresponsiveness between clicks and keyboard commands) has been reduced.<br /> <br /> [size=big]Bug Fixes[/size]<br /> <br /> • EVA announcements will no longer play when a disguised spy enters your base.<br /> <br /> • Made several improvements to the way garrisoned buildings and captured structures are reported through shroud (in game and on the radar).<br /> <br /> • Integrated several AI improvements from Red Alert 3 Uprising. <br /> <br /> • The Apoc Tank can no longer move while harpooning.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that prevented Allied airfields from building the appropriate number of aircraft in certain situations.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that prevented units from attacking enemies withvery low health.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that allowed the Soviet Crusher Crane to be captured by an engineer without the 3-second capture delay.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that allowed Soviet players to cash bounty their own deployed MCV and then get a refund by selling it.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that allowed the Mirage Tank and Tsunami Tank’s secondary abilities to still function when under the effect of an Aircraft Carrier’s blackout missile.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that allowed structures to be placed on top of Tesla Troopers in their secondary mode.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that occasionally prevented veteran Guardian Tanks from painting targets correctly in their secondary mode.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that allowed certain units to be frozen despite being under the effects of an Iron Curtain or Chrono Rift.<br /> <br /> • Fixed a bug that caused certain textures to display incorrectly when playing multiple, different community-made maps in succession.<br /> <br /> • Chrono Swap no longer allows you to move non-amphibious units from land to water.<br /> <br /> • The Shinobi's secondary ability now correctly causes allenemy units who are actively targeting him to lose their target.<br /> <br /> • While inside a Nanoswarm, the Apoc and Riptide can now properly attack other units within the Nanoswarm.<br /> <br /> • Enemy tanks with the Terror Drone Surprise upgrade will no longer spawn a terror drone when killed by Tanya, as this would kill her instantly.<br /> <br /> • Desolator strikes and Chronospheres will no longer affect repair drones.<br /> <br /> • Time bombs can no longer be cast on walls.<br /> <br /> • Amphibious units may now be sent into a friendly crusher crane on land or at sea.<br /> <br /> • Structures that were under repair when captured will no longer be under repair for the new owner.<br /> <br /> • If a player has multiple Twinblades selected but not all are garrisoned, pressing the secondary ability button will now only cause the garrisoned Twinblades to descend.<br /> <br /> • Blocked an exploit that gave the Bullfrog’s secondary ability (the man cannon) unlimited range.<br /> <br /> • Blocked an exploit that allowed the Javelin to remain locked-onwhile moving or when the target goes out of range.<br /> <br /> • Blocked an exploit that allowed unlimited camera zoom-out in online play.<br /> <br /> • Blocked an exploit that gave a Hammer Tank unlimited Toxic Corrosion.<br /> <br /> <br /> Welcome to Red Alert 3.11, hehe. Maybe even cyro starts will be solved by adding 30s more to allies for upgreading for tier2 like others have  and something with this horible pk spam will be done . uh i wish it to be more like good starts game and IMO early dude anti inf spamage is bad <img src="http://forums.commandandconquer.com/jforum//images/smilies/2786c5c8e1a8be796fb2f726cca5a0fe.gif" />  <br /> <br /> hey where are changes to mcv ? it is bad this is epic crushable unit with option to turet spam.<br />   <br />  I really hate that you didnt do anything with Multiguner turet and ifv with spy or tanya in them . 				<description><![CDATA[ Basically I've come to the conclusion that the whiners are the 1.10 soviet players who now realize that it will take skill and not overpowered-units to win.<br /> <br /> Why the javs decrease and flak increase...because flaks can be transported by blades, and can circumvent most defenses...couple that with the rediculous mine ability which owns buildings...and you have an unstopable force.  Javs at best need to be transported by a riptide, which can not circumvent defenses as well, has paper armor and is horrible vs anything that isn't infantry. Flak Troopers are the only real counter to 3 out of 4 of those, and now they're no where near cost effective. You complain about flakblades? Both allies and empire can get air superiority at T1, soviets need T2 and it's easy to see coming. Turret push? Allies have just as an effective one in their turret and larger build radius.<br /> ]]></description>

It helps prevent base-turret crawling-pushing.<br /> <br /> What's not fair at all is the flak trooper price increase, with javelin's price down to 300$, and no price decrease or armor buff to Bullfrogs, Soviets T1 units are awfully cost ineffective. EA has officially killed early game for Soviets, there's just no effective way to stop early allied air attacks. From there it's all downhill for us soviets players.]]></description>

I think mostly we are still going to see adv planes, but I think there will be MORE variety than the next to nothing we had before. I think allied mirrors will be better. I don't know about the rest, but I think there will be more options than just PK/MCV rush. Rips/javs is now a viable counter (maybe time will tell). As for sovs I think they were over-nerfed. And their protocols are set up to where orbital is the best by far.]]></description>

How the heck can you reduce the empire's navy power when their land units are already so weak, I mean the Battleship is pretty much one of the ONLY useful units the Empire has and I mean you can reduce its power by a little... But not completely kill its advantage by reducing speed, rate of fire AND scatter its cannon fire! And on top of that how can you not add the anti-air infantry when you people increase the apollo's and mig's health and don't do squat for the tengu's!? I mean come on man before the patch 4 mig's could have taken down 10 tengu's easily, NOW after the patch 4 migs can probably take down 15 tengu's! OMG you people do not know how to balance a game to save your life....... Frig this yo, I bought a computer to play red alert my favorite game, now I am going to stop playing it. Thanks a lot people at C&C.....]]></description>

Lets face it random was not a problem before patch (IIRC), nobody complained about being able to to press escape and see what faction the other guy was playing. <br /> <br /> You tried to fix a problem that wasn't there and in doing so have ruined the metagame. 				<description><![CDATA[ Played a few matches with empire. The game hasnt really changed that much seriously, but thats just good.<br /> Just perfecting it. But the only problem, or not sure its really a problem, but I was playing on fire island.<br /> We both teched up to tier 3, then he comes with one apoc and some hammers and v4s.<br /> I was already going towards his base with through the narrow gap in the middle.<br /> I was at the down corner, he was up, and he came from the shroud with his troops, from the right side of the map.<br /> I was forced to get back to kill them, so I thought I'd destroy the apoc first.<br /> The onis were going there, but then I saw the waveforce shot the apoc through the mountain.<br /> So I pulled the onis back and he could just not do anything but watch his apoc die.<br /> <br /> <br /> But not a major issue really. But hey, great patch.]]></description>

If enemy troops get in ur base and start destroying it, thats your own fault. Espcially considering it takes a good 10 £2000 before they do decent damage to buildings and they usually walk all the way accross the map to get there. If you use more sickless, tneugs and riptides there shouldn't be a problem with peacekeepers.<br /> <br /> <br /> If anything is a problem its the vidicators which bomb light vehicles so easily, allowing peacekeepers to swarm]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hi everybody the problem that I have in online is wrong serial number, it tells me that serial number is invalid, I changed my serial number and it worked and I played it online yesterday, but today it tells me that it's still invalid serial number, can somebody please help me about that, I need a serial number which is original, because the one that I got from internet do not work! ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Please can we have random teams option so we can get faster and fairer games setup<br /> <br /> ----------<br /> <br /> <br /> allies land build i poor because of these bugs<br /> <br /> -Tranport bug 1 - units that enter a transport can be killed up to 2 seconds after they enter it from charge of impirial warriors, bears and dogs normal attacks.<br /> <br /> -Transport bug 2 - enemy tried to use above attacks against a unit that enters a transport but its 3 seconds after you enter. The unit inside  the transport appears to be safe and then about 5-6 seconds later the unit vanish's from the transport.<br /> <br /> -There is also a bug were killed units dont activate death animation and look alive except they missing a healthbar and they disapear as normal a few seconds later.<br /> <br /> - I sent a peacekeeper multigunner to attack a terror drone, as soon as it was in range of the terror drone it turns and attacks a sickle instead. Not sure what type of bug it is but very annoying.<br /> <br /> -Walls bug - some walls are invinsable and cant be attacked, force fired against. Just try spaming walls and thena ttacking it and you get to parts you cant attack for some reason. Happens lots of refinery walls basically making the refinery invinsable to land attacks. (if you land rush at start of the game you basically get auto lose from this bug because you can't harrass).<br /> <br /> -Vindicators still bugged since the changes to there reload times etc were made. They still circle over units and end up dieing before they drop there bombs.<br /> <br /> -Allies vidicators unupgraded are the most underpowered unit in the game and need buffing. 3 £3600 vidicators to kill 1 tank makes there almost useless. And there low health means they can bearly kill 2 bullfrogs together.]]></description>
