Pretty much what it says at the top. The YR voices are great, but the campaign less so. Is there a mod that puts the YR voices in RA2, or is there a way to mod this in?

They confirmed that the Allied campaign is canon in RA3.
RA2, it doesn't matter since it's events lead nowhere.
RA1, only the Allied ending is possible. It's clear from the RA2 begining and backgroud that the Soviets took a beating, and that Romanov was made premier to avoid further Soviet agression. The Allies are also repeatedly shown as being in controll of Europe during RA2, during each campaign, you have to save/conquer the place. Why would the Soviets need to conquer Europe if they already had controll there?
***'s "dissapearance" is also known. The greek general found him in the rubbel, gagged him and buried him under a rock, likely killing him.

I love Red Alert 2, it's better then Yuri's revenge in almost every catagory, except unit voices. So I had the idea to mod the YR voices into RA2. Unfortunatly, all the files are packed into some unrecognisable format (.MIX and whatnot). I might be barking up the wrong tree here, so if I am, please correct me.
So my question is, where can I find a RA2/YR unpacker so that I have access to both the unit files and the unit voices?

Not really... Yuri's Revenge destroyed any plausibility from Red Unit designs.
Besides, this is Japan we're referring to here. To me, some of the things they develop are just crazy.
True. I never liked the Yuri faction anyways, Yuri himself was epic, but not his army.
The Steel Ronin design looks pretty serious to me though, beyond the context, he could go into an entirely different game.

It is possible.
It's called Windows Media Player, iTunes, Winamp and many other things.

This begs the question. who will the next president be?
I thought he mixed them
SPOILER::::
The Hoff takes over as the president at the end of the RA3 Allies campaign. Assuming they can get him, he'll return as president.
END SPOILER:::::

The premier doesn't die, it was just his space craft that blew up. He ends up imprisoned too.
I liked the Soviet campaign, but it was too predictable. At least if it was longer they could build up the characters more. They did the best job on the Allied side, but all the campaigns were curtailed by the lack of length.
