Another reason this is out is because things are not classified as anti-infantry or anti-vehicle, but are now on the 5 armor/5 weapon type counter system, so having an anti-infantry power like that would be unbalanced against the Defense Class, or an anti-air power would be unbalanced against Support ect.

Ehm, we still have some base building, so its still considered RTS...

But their turrets, there just units that can't move. Thats almost like saying its an RTS because tick tanks dont move thus are considered bases.

Turrets are base defenses, they arn't bases, they build on their own seperate bar from bases and they dont do any base related activiaties i.e. teching, power, resource collection, production, giveing you abilitys etc.

Plus 50% of the definition is resource system which it doesnt have.


Base defences are about 5% of bases which just isnt enough for it to meet the definition of an RTS.
