We have been seeing a lot of problems like this recently. Your best bet is to open up a support ticket and see what they can find (they have better tools for looking at accounts than I do, and they should be able to get you taken care of). You can open up a support ticket by going to http://support.ea.com/ and clicking on email us.

Do you receive a particular error message when you try to log in? Do you receive this error message when you launch the game? When you try to play online?
If the game crashes when you try to launch please post a DXDiag for us to review. You can find instructions on how to run a DXDiag here:

If you want, you can also PM me your CD Key and any email address you might have used to originally register the game and I will investigate. Also, please place a link to this thread in your PM. I handle a lot of cases like this, and it helps me keep everything in order

@phoenixsc18, shinyary2, theprogram00 - I just wanted you to know that I bumped your support ticket up to our highest level support team. It may take them a couple of days to get to it, but they should get you fixed soon.
