Besides, why so anxoius for this patch anyway? With the aformentioned proposed plans they're just nerfing everything in the game, at this rate we're just gonna end up with "Buildings are OP".
LMAO, they already are! ever heard of Turret, or worse yet, Tesla Coil pushing? IMO, the balance changes need to revert back to Beta patch 1.02 or 1.03, with Shoguns, PKs, and AD's being the exception. Shoguns and PK's need some nerfing, mostly shoguns, and AD's needed a huge buff. Most of all tho, they just need to increase the effectiveness of units in their specialties, and nerf effectiveness where they're not supposed to excel. i.e., IW's and PK's shouldn't put a dent into tanks nor buildings. I can wait for this patch unless they can get it right.

Yeah, EA isn't precisely clear on all the details. It'd be nice that if/when u install the game, they ask for an email to send u info on how to contact them. Tho, they've probably got all of that within the manuals so it'd be redundant, i wouldn't know since i've never even opened that thing. DRM is aggravating tho. The online gaming should be locked out, or even allow customers to install the game in the first place. Since any person that has an internet connection to crak the game would have a connection to authorize the game (since DRM is only cuz of 2nd hand sales, then again, pirated copies would come with a crak so DRM fails on that).

Exactly! and this is the same half assed solutions time and time again. If that's the case, don't bother "balancing" the game, cuz it's just ruining if all else. Either go to the source of the problem, or go to the direct counter-unit and buff it (which in this case, there isn't a specific unit).

Let's hope that if they do one, it's an actual expansion w/ many new units, maps, and MP. Not a small SP Xpack with endless Comm Challenges. Yuriko's Campaign was a nice touch, hated the controls tho.

Tho, Tanya takes out infantry, tanks, and buildings. She needs some sort of nerf. Whether against buildings or tanks. BTW, classis Tanya entered a building for .5 seconds, then stood outside of it for 1 second until it went *Boom*. And even then, it was another .5 seconds until u could command her to bomb another building. This is what they need to do. Or just simply have her stand outside of a building for 2 seconds before it goes *Boom*. And yeah, Super Reactors need to kill Tanya.

............First, there was an Engi capture delay, now someone wants a MCV unpack delay and/or handicap. In short, if someone gets an engi into ur MCV, kudo's to them and shame on you. End of discussion.

Considering that dogs and bears can kill a dolphin (though, with several attacks), this complaint is much fail. Seriously, the dolphins have a ranged attack, bears/dogs have a melee. Sounds like another Soviet player who has issues with things being balance for all factions.

Seriously, if you're going to argue about the Engi capture, then say there shouldn't be a delay. Otherwise, just leave the engi alone and use certain things to your advantage.

Except engineers aren't combat units.
Except for the Soviet Combat Engineer. Engi tent does need a buff tho, and i'm still undecided if the melee immunity is a good idea. It's a tent. Bears shred through those every year, one of the reasons for being the #1 threat to America.

They also neglected other various useful buttons that should have been included, like a Maximum Tech Allowed scroll bar. I don't see anything wrong people being able to restrict what they want in their match, especially when super weapons are getting a 50% off sale this coming patch.
