Getting in the C&C 4 Beta and YOU

Better not be in that oder, minus the Gamespot, who we know were 1st.

Hey, I logged in to the site and started downloading it and left it on for the night but when I was gonna open the file it said the file was corrupt (it's only 569 in size) and now I can't find the download link again!!

I cant download beta
(i pre-ordered C&C 4 )
I have Download manager but i cant find how to download it
I have logged on to my account too but it isnt there.

ur in the same boat as the rest of us pre order-ers, in short none of us can get into the beta until the retailer we bought it from sends us the code. Most of us bought the EA store which doesnt seem to be sending emails yet, even thought its the main link for "instant" access for the beta. All you can do is be patient until Apoc comes back online to tell us something reassuring or they email us.

OH wait, I remember now. I did register my Beta key, but I registered it with my BF2142 account, which is not my e-mail address, but rather a username. I feel like EA has changed the way you log into you're account since then. Since it wasnt an e-mail address, how do I log into it?

EDIT: ....ok, so I found on the EA site where it says "We've changed the way you manage your account, click here to log into your classic screen name, and we will take you through the steps to update it"....so I did that, logged in with my BF2142 account, and then it says "The e-mail address that is tied to this account has already been used to create a new EA account. If you remember the password asscoiated with this e-mail address, please log in using these credintials from now on. EA has changed the way it manages your account....etc...etc" Which is true. I did use my e-mail to create an account to post on these forums. So now, my question is, since I registered my beta key (atleast i think I did) before updating to the new account/email thing, and now i've created a new account using the same e-mail address, so it wont let my log back into the old one.....did I just *** myself out of the C&C4 beta?

Can I preorder this game in Hong Kong (Asia)? I can't order the game from EA Asia or the other two available options. I fear the worst due to this being EALA stamped.

I've got the premier edition ! but every time i try to log in to http://www.commandandconquer.com/login all im getting is

with no popups and when i try the beta page it says it just says You are not authorized to access this page.
any ideas why this is happening ???

That actually says to all none total access members in Early 2010, does not say anything about Pre-orders or premier edition key holders

still no updates on the pre order emails. by tomorrow itll be 6 days since pre order. if they can send be an email saying that my complain cant be submitted because of incorrect place to send it to they can send the pre order. what is going on?

Try clearing your browser's history

Do Apoc usually answer PM? I have a very particular problem about the beta and I PM'd him, you guys know how much may it takes for him to check?
