Pre-Order E-Mails for Beta Code

No Beta code

EA store (Electronic Arts Swiss Sàrl) - Denmark

Ordered saturday, no repsons from EA supoort either.

I've been waiting for over three weeks now, so don't hold your breath...

I pre ordered on the EA store 3 days ago didnt allow acess to the beta on the email that they sent me "You are not authorized to access this page." customer support didnt email me back still no luck

I went back to the EA store after reading my confirmation E-mail from EA (see below)
My View History had no record of my pruchase.
Chated with a EA Store rep who stated that he can confirm my purchase and there must be something wrong with the "View History" posting on their website.

Mmmmm could this be a clue?

Look up your order either through “View recent order history and purchase details” link at the top of the page.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Downloadable products may be accessed by looking up your order. When the order summary appears, click on the Download link next to the product name.

Orders placed for items not yet available will be fulfilled on the product launch date. For downloadable products, a download icon will appear on the product launch date

I ordered december 4th from the EA store, I live in the US, and today dec 7th i got the email.. woo!! perhaps its just luck?

I got mine on the 5th. I hope I get mine tomorrow then. >_<

Hey i Just Preordered from the EA store i got the email nearly instant i redeemed the code at www.commandandconquer.com/preorder and it said i got access to two things, the soundtrack and something else, where do i go from there to get into the beta? i tried to go to www.commandandconquer.com/beta and it would not let me access it. i made sure i was logged into my account on the site, and all that good stuff.

when you redeem the code i think that just puts your name into the database to get email.. then it says wait 1-3 days for it.. so redeem the code and wait

AH ok, so all i need to do now is wait for an email that confirms my code and then i will have access to the beta download?

Hey everybody, is the code is also used to redeem the bonus mission and soundtrack? Because I order in EA Store (US) on Nov. 12, and I still didn't receive any code.

Everyone is receiving this issue of not getting a beta code from the result from the pre-order of CnC 4. I don't know whats going on but its really annoying that we can't play the beta instantly after pre-order. Either its a major bug in the beta system, or its not ready for a closed/public play, or EA is having trouble having their systems to send the codes.

The best thing I can say is so many people has pre-ordered the game so they likely disbled the macro to accept people instantly... Think if they still have it on and the system overloads then just crashes.. cause of so many people are redeeming the codes.. what would that do for EA that does happen it sets them back majorly and they have to take everything down then fix it.. even worse buy new equipment and hardware just to get it back up... that could takes weeks.. even months.. So they got smart.
