Has anyone noticed that the Cryo leigionaire has what looks like jetpaks? Maybe his secondary ability is to jump like zone troopers in TW.

This all makes sense....

I remember reading an interview a few months back where David Silverman sugguested that there would be more than one expansion for RA3 so that if you only wanted multiplayer you could by a multiplayer centric expansion pack or if you just wanted campaign you'd get just the campaign expansion.

This is obviously whats going to happen:

We will get uprising a lovely Single campaign where EA finally add a story to RA3 to please everyone who realised that the RA3 plot was awfully weak in so many ways.

Some months (weeks ect) we will get a multiplayer centric add on. This will include the new unit content delivered in uprising balanced to RA3 standard allowing for everyone.

I'm not saying that is a fact; purely speculation based on facts.

C&C Rig: Modified Antec 900, Intel Core 2 Duo E6700, Asus P5E Deluxe, 4GB RAM, 250GB+500GB HDDs, 2x ATI HD 4850 CrossfireX, Logitech G15 Keyboard and G5 Mouse. DVD and a BD drive
C&C Laptop: Acer Aspire 5920G with BD drive.

Finally glad to see someone pointing it out clearly.

On release date yes....if you read what he said again he said they don't have a solid retail plan YET.

it's all good, EA took a wrong turn here. Hopefully it is not too late for them to put a stop on it, and release it as a full multi-player exp pack.

online players have to remember they are playing a franchise that has a huge single player audience. It's not like they forgot about the multiplayer guys either as apoc said.

the only downfall would be if they try to palm each booster pack off at full price. If they did each for half the usual expansion price everyone wins. if you want both its a normal expansion price if not you save money

but thats only if

Agreed. If they dont delay it I'll skip this and wait for the multiplayer. But by then starcraft 2 might be out so.....

lol

I don't see any gaming websites even have one bit of SCII on their websites now. Gamespot reviewers aren't really anxious to review it either.

Hmm.

It's too bad. Ever since Blizzard was acquired by Activision, it hasn't been the same for them.

Avatar (until the C&C forum decides to wise up)
Fall of Heaven sig (until Red Alert 3: Uprising comes out)
Generals Zero Hour: Rise of the Reds sig (v1.0 and patches are out)
Rock Band Bass sig

Versatile faction player. Yeah, like a Red Mage.

Whatever you do, don't vote for me for "Making Everything Look Like Pr0n" award in Nahilus's "CNC Forum Awards" in the "Off-Topic" section. I'm not like that! :'(

Sounds good. I only paid £24.99 for The Premier Edition of RA3 though...
So to beat that price it'd have to be very cheap

I find that quite good. A new MP expansion splitting the community, in march, half a year after RA3 release would be very bad. I dont mind this booster pack at all, if the prize is acceptable I'll probably grab one to have something Offline to do. I very much enjoyed the Generals Challenge.

for hells sake, I thought CNC was a RTS series that have a larger Singlerplayer base than its multiplayer?

Battlecast is good nough, but it cant be perfect.

BTW sumthing like the Generals Challege and World Conqest from KW combined is sumthing for me to see IMO...
