I say move to either Norway, North-Western Russia, Sweden or Finland. The cold will keep off any zombie apocalypse.
Anyway, but yeah Northern countries are better imo.

Yeah I hear those countries have a great quality of life. But the cost of life is really expensive, so I don't think it's a good idea for him.
You should move to Canada.

Any where that's cold has my vote. Canada is split up into 3 parts, the ones who sound American, the ones who speak French and then you have the ones from Newfoundland were you can't understand a word they're saying.

From experience, people like to bash Canada due to American television. But Canada too has a high quality of life and high living standards. Also it's quite clean in Canada.
Keep it cold, keep it North.

Yeah. I live in Vancouver though, which has a really nice climate.
I used to live in America, the amount of patriotic brainwashing is disturbing.

I wouldn't mind living in Ireland. Personally, I think the Irish people have the greatest attitudes than anybody else and I find it almost impossible to be angry at an Irish person 'cause they're so funny. I love all my Irish buddies.

The okanagan valley in B.C canada where I live has nice steady weather. Its a beautiful place, really warm in the summer, really cold in the winter.

Honestly- moving to another country is a big thing.
When i moved out of Australia for 8 months after i left school- i found it especially hard to get started off in a job because i had no references local to the country. it was actually the people i boarded with that vouched for me and helped me land my first overseas job.
as for money- i would say in these times, save a good couple of thousand to get started with- not including the travel expenses to get there.
Make sure you get the working visa for that country, or finding a job will be nigh impossible.
start off in hostels for a bed and bathroom, they are cheap for a week or so, and it is much better than not finding a home to land in.
the others may laugh you off, but a move to Australia would benefit you at the moment, because our dollar is much cheaper than yours, so say $1000 USD would be almost $1300 AUD atm. it sounds piddly, but compared to other developed countries, you will have a little heads-up.
