Should Amphibious vehicles be able to be built from both War Factories and Docks?

Riptides, Bullfrogs and Tsunamis can all be built from both their respective War Factories (or Mecha Bay), and Docks.

Terror Drones, Stingrays, Assault Destroyers, Sudden Transport, Mecha Tengu (Sorry if i've missed any) are all available at only 1 production structure despite being amphibious.

Should they be available to be built at both production structures? (WF/MB + Docks)?

for 1000 credits, that's cheaper than the war factory. In other words:

The empire 3 ref build will be much easier to do and follow up with tengu spam.
The allied guardian tank would be made redundant by the assault destroyer

Not realy, since Assault Destroyers are so slow.

Empire doesint realy have many slow units as a reference- Infantry can usualy keep up with an Assault Destroyer.

If Terror Drones or Tengus could be built from a naval yard, then I wouldn't be surprised if the entire game would be destroyed... :/

first off, tengus aren't technically "amphibious" since they float. but, in accordance with everyone else's comments, no.
though i do think it would be great to have sting rays and transports able to come from both factories.

why don't we delete the whole naval yard thingy and only build an amphibious WF. which units it can build is determined by the area it is placed
