1. SERIAL KEYS

2. PATCHES
If you are having trouble patching your game via the auto updater, please visit the following site to patch up to the latest version (1.06):

From page 25 of the Red Alert 3 game manual, please make sure that the following ports are open for the best possible experience online.

7. WARNING REGARDING CRACKED VERSIONS OF THE GAME
We have confirmed that the cracked version of the game crashes on the following missions: Allied Mission 3, Empire of the Rising Sun Mission 3, and Soviet Mission 6. You also run the risk of potentially infecting your machine with viruses. We will not be able to provide any support for cracked versions of the game.

8. MCAFEE ANTI-VIRUS / FIREWALL CAN BLOCK INTERNET COMMUNCIATIONS
We have received reports that McAfee Antivirus / Firewall have been blocking communication with the Red Alert 3 servers. To fix this issue, please Right Click Virus Scan > VirusScan Console > Right Click Access Protection > Properties > Prevent IRC Communication > Edit > Processes to Exclude > enter ra3_1.3.game > then click OK.

Simply make a new thread, describe your problem, how it happens and what you do to make it happen and someone will get back to you.

A DX diagnostic report is also helpful.

To do this,

* Hold the Windows button on your Keyboard and press the "R" key.
* In the box, type the following: DXDIAG, then click OK.
* The Dxdiag program should appear. Click on the Save All Information button.
* Save the file somewhere easy to remember like your Desktop.
* Open the dxdiag text file and copy (only) the following sections into your post:
--- System Information
--- DxDiag Notes
--- Display Devices
--- Sound Devices

These reports prove extremely useful.

You'd be surprised how often publishers and developers end up trying to troubleshoot problems for some people via their support channels only to find out they're running a bogus copy. It happens a lot.

i can believe it but tha fact remains there complete idiots because if ea really wanted to they could prosecute

As a matter of fact, why would anyone need the cracked version anyways. After all, the game no longer needs the DVD to play. If it's something to do with the previous crashes before patch 1.03, definitely those people who hacked the game already failed it because of impatience.

The invalid serial key error message is still not fixed for me. Tech support is giving me the run-around. Is any thing going to be done about this or have I just been ripped off?

Could someone please direct me to the patch which fixes the Empire's suicide drones? Or is it normal for the drones to be able to deal 80% damage to my construction yard or super weapon at lvl 1? It practically has the ability to destroy everything in the vicinity at lvl 2 or above.

If you have McAfee installed and are getting the "Could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online" message everytime you try to login

heres how to fix it

McAfee was blocking irc communication. To allow it through,
Right Click Virus Scan > VirusScan Console > Right Click Access Protection > Properties > Prevent IRC Communication > Edit > Processes to Exclude > enter ra3_1.3.game > then OK out

now everything works great

I have a question...you know all this black screen problems and all well I'll be buying it for Xbox (my pc ain't powerful enough) this may sound stupid but I guess you've tested the xbox version enough that the xbox version won't get any problems that will stop us from playing? (Considering the amount of problems we've gotten on xbox) I just had to ask.

On the Premier edition maps, the page LOOKS like it's set up to download one map at a time, but seems to download all of them at once. Does it actually get all of them at once?
