Make the Apocalypse amphibious and able to fly. Then give it autoloading cannons and twin chainguns, plus rocket pods and afterburners for extreme airspeed. Then give it a tertiary ability which allows it to drop mini-vacuum bombs that leave a residual Desolator Toxin field. And give it a repair radius that heals infantry and fixes aircraft, vehicles and itself. Yea... I can see it now.....
