Yes hes c&cs biggest and most 'famous' spammer, not quite sure why he was even allowed to post tbh, but thats just me.
To alert posts click on the alert button top right of a persons post and it is sent to customer service,if the topics locked then you wont be able to do this.
Tbh i think Apoc needs to give the mods higher admin rights, this guy would have been gone in seconds.

But the only problem is, what if a mod is corrupt? He/she could just ban anybody!

Sure but i don't think any of the mods are corrupt and its not like anyone can get away with anything you have to give reasons why your moderating on this forum

Sure but i don't think any of the mods are corrupt and its not like anyone can get away with anything you have to give reasons why your moderating on this forum
The fact that kibax was somehow given a Mod spot is always going to skew peoples opinion about mods in this forum.
